Converision of service PR to PO

Hi,

While creating the service PO from PR, the GL A/c. selected during creation of PR at service item level is not flowing to PO.

During PO creation time again system is asking for GL A/c. No. for each and every service items.

Kindly suggest me.

Hi,

We are using SP 29 and SAP 4.7.

If it is necessary to upgrade the service pack, can you give me a note no. instead of upgrading.

We are using account assignment and assigning the GL No. and cost center during creation of purchase requisition.

But the same is not copying to PO.

Kindly help me in this regard.

Dear Mohan,

Could you please check whether you are in the latest Support Pack(SP) of your release. If not please do so. Also could you please tell me in which R/3 Release and SP you are in.

hi

for what it is asking gl acct

did u use acct assignment

if ur using costcenter then

what u can do is go to okb9 and assign ur cost element acct

to ur costcenter

plz let me know the scenario
