ChaRM: what happens with "old" transport request?

Hi ChaRM-Gurus,

please allow following question:

What happens with following "old" transport requests when switching to ChaRM:

Q1) in DEV-system not yet released, can they be just assigned to the project?

Q2) in QAS system not yet transported to PRD, do they have to be imported all to PRD before switching on ChaRM or is there another way?
