load process not displaying process monitor

Hello All,

There is an important process chain in which one load process is not displaying process monitor in the context menu of that load process and its stopping there and chain not moving further since two days,

Please suggest

Hi Harshitha,

You can check transaction SM66 on hanging processes (click "Active Work Processes Only") or SM12 about locks (delete "User Name" field).
