Error message BS007 on setting deletion flag for Production Order

Dear experts:

I have some Production Orders with the 0 order balance for many years, I got the error message when I tried to use CO02 to set the deletion flag for these Production orders.

The order status is: TECO PRT CNF DLV PRC CSER GMPS MANC*

The user status is: COMP

What the process I can do to set the deletion flag for the Production Order? Thank you!

Diagnosis

The current status of object 'ORD 3737427' prohibits business transaction 'Change' ('RMVA').

Procedure

To process business transaction 'Change', you first have to change the status of object 'ORD 3737427' to allow the transaction 'Change'.

Go to CO02 and try to remove the user status, as it is probably blocking the deletion.
