How I can Save Document on local disk on the bases of transport request

Dear Experts,

I want to save document based on Transport request no.I know that from the table E070 or E071 i can access the information.When i give the request number on screen and path of local disk , it will save document on given path of local disk like (C:\....).

So what should i have to do for this can u give me any example like that.
