SAP HCM to HCI to SuccessFactors???

Dear Experts,

I hope you are all doing good!

We are doing integration from SAP ERP to SuccessFactors with using HCI.

We are building connection between SAP ERP to HCI using Cloud Connector.

We configured Cloud Connector and in ERP system we created RFC destination also.

My question is : What are the settings are required in SAP HCI system, do I need to add anything in HCI system.

Please explain me, what are next steps I need to on this scenario.

Hi Manjunath

In an on-premise ERP to Cloud Integration (= HCI) scenario, you don't need Cloud Connector. A service endpoint exposed by Cloud Integration can be accessed through SSL directly over the internet from your ERP system. In that case, your SM59 destination points directly to the Cloud Integration endpoint.

The opposite direction, i.e. Cloud Integration needs to call a service on your on-premise ERP system, requires Cloud Connector.

The configuration depends on what you are trying to do.Could you please elaborate what is your objective?

For instance,If you are using the package "ERP to SuccessFactors Employee Central Employee and Organizational Data"

then you need to configure based on Type of Authentication,Certificates configuration and connection parameters configuration for your SAP Cloud Connector and SAP Success Factors.

Thanks for your advise.

Yes, I am using "ERP to SuccessFactors Employee Central Employee and Organizational Data".

The connection parameters we are already configured in SAP Cloud Connector.

We do not have any On-premise certificates system to configure in HCI system.

Please advise me on this.
