Distribute Condition Record and Condition Type

Hi experts,

I would like to distribute condition record (VK11) and condition type from client A to client B in different system.

As Far as i know if we would like to distribute material we use BD10 using message type MATMAS.

And how about condition type and condition record. Could u tell me how to distribute it which we have maintained vk11?

hi,

1. go to VK13

2. enter your ConditionType and push "Condition Info"

3. enter your selection and push F8 (execute)

4. now you can see the button "Send Condition"

Used IDoc: COND_A

You can use serializationgroups, too.

It´s possible to connect MATMAS and COND_A with BD10.

How about the amount and currency in every material/variant? Does it will be include transported when i push button "Send Condition"?

You can use serializationgroups, too.

It´s possible to connect MATMAS and COND_A with BD10.

How to use it? because when i use BD10, it is automatically in message type field just has a value MATMAS. How about COND_A? Should i change MATMAS into COND_A? Or we use another t-code to send COND_A?

HI,

regardind serialization.

Look into Tcode: SALE (ALE Customizing) ... especially into TCODE: BD44.

With correct serializationgroup ... you have to enter only MATMAS or ARTMAS in BD10.

Lookt at help (send full material at BD10).
