Dummy Entires in report output

Hi All,

I have report (Age analysis)which created on multiprovider.

when i execute (Age Analysis) report it will display selection screen as below.

production year/month. == Jan 2001 to May 2001

class == A

in my cube there is data for only Jan,Feb, April, May and there is no data for MARCH. Now i want show data for MAR/2001 with all keyfigures 0(Zero) values.

Can anyone suggest some solutions.

Jan-2001 23 232

Feb-2001 23 232

Mar-2001 0 0

Apr-2001 23 2323

May-2001 23 232

In Query designer>go to the query>select the time char, go to advanced tab, under the acces type for result values, check the master data option.

I'm suing BW 3.5 not BI. I didn't find "Advanced" option.

Are you getting blank in the key fig value for march.

If so,create a cal key fig> put inside>original key fig + 0.

anl also check in the query properties>rows/columns>uncheck the suppress zero option.

I don't have data in multirprovider for MARCH, even thogh i want show in report output with key figure values zero

You didn't understand my point!!!

While running the report: Are you getting blank value for march or else you aren't getting the display MARCH itself.

even if you dont have data for march, the display march with key figures blank can be displayed using the bex designer settings.Let me know which char are you using for the monthe display.

In BEx designer>go to the query>ZCCALPRM char>properties>advanced-->check from master data.

now run the query and check.
