Hello,

I have a problem to configure Commentary Service in SAP BI 4.2 SP4.

It doesn’t work with the audit database.

So i would try to configure a new database like SAP say to do it.

But the Button « type of database » contains any type of database ... so I can’t configure a new database for the Commentary Service.

I try to deposit a .jar file for oracle jdbc driver in the folder /BiCommentaryservice/lib and restart the SIA but it doesn’t work ...

Can you help me please ?

Thank you :-)

A screenshot and information about your system (Windows, Linux), the Audit DB, can help us to find the root cause of the problem and find a solution for you.

Hi,

First, Verify that the "Commentary Service" has been added to the APS.

Second, try to use a browser other than IE
