I have to re-build an Org structure where each organizational unit (a location or a team for example) has up to 4 equal managers and I have to use Position Management.
I thought of enlarge the number in FTE so I can have moore managers on the parent Position, but I cannot sync these multiple managers to the users records since there is only one "manager"-field. In the end it should be possible to have all these manager in an equal position regarding MSS.
In the next step we will also setup Recruiting. For my understanding I can only use the standard roles like "M" or "MM" in recruiting.
Do you have an idea what I could do in this case? Or who I should adress this question best to?
