Dynamic Item Usage in F4 for DIP Profile in Project Definition

Hello Experts,

I have configured a DIP profile "ABCD" for RRB billing.

Now, I want to enter the same "ABCD" in Project definition. But, when I am trying to find the same DIP profile into F4 in CJ20N (Field - DIdi-usage-in-f4-project-definition.jpgP Profile); I am unable to find it.

I can see system is displaying DI usage as "11 - Quotation creation" by default in F4 input screen so the system is displaying all DIP profile relevant for Quotation creation only.

That field is grayed out (display mode). Therefore, I am unable to select DI usage as "1 - Billing & Result Analysis" so in turn, unable to choose my DIP profile.

Kindly let me know, how can I make DI usage field changeable in F4 input screen.
