Movement Type 501 transfer to GTS

Hello Experts,

We have a business process where in the user is doing a GR for movement type 501 (without reference to PO). We need this GR to be transmitted to GTS and create a Customs Declaration Document.

We have configured MMOC and added movement type 501 in that.

We do not find the document getting transmitted to GTS.

Can someone Pl. advice what else I need to do.

What is the business rationale for wanting to create an Important Declaration for such a movement?
