ATP issue quantity not getting confirmed for matrials when SO is creating thorugh batch jobs

Hi experts,

I have a issue a batch job creates sales order y using standard vao1 and va02 .

In some cases the quantity is not confirming, only one schedule.line with 0 confirm quantity is getting created ,whreas availavilty is on at evry level threfore expectation.it has to project the second shedule line in future date confiming with quantity.and its not doing in some cases and working fine im some cases.

Note: RLt is included in scope.of check and required stock also checked in both successes and Fail caes,sales area,same plant,same category of availabilty and shedule line category also same for all cases.

Its creating shedule line 2 when running availabilty running manually for the order.

I want to know y its not created the second schedule lone for some.orders for others its working fine.

The default settings for atp for sales area is blank(pop upwindow /for bapi or batch full. Delovery ).

Its not creatong even if the ATP stock is available.

My observation:

If the reqiest delivery date is less than end of lead time date then its creating second shedule line(checking availabilty) .if the request delivery date is greater than end of lead time date its not proposing second shedule.line with confirmed i mean availabity is not getting chedked...i dnt know if its valid (is any kind of settings are there in SAP )
