Hi friends, I want to solution to one of my scenario if you may help Let me explain scenario I’m having a scenario of absence quota carry forward in negative time management. Suppose an employee is allowed 20 annual leaves in one year. 1st Scenario: Suppose in 2017 he was allowed 20 annual leaves but he availed 23 leaves by taking 3 leaves in advance from 2018. Now employee’s annual quota should be 17 leaves in 2018 upon executing pt_qta00 (20-3=17) 2nd Scenario: Suppose in 2017 he was allowed 20 annual leaves but he availed only 15 leaves. Now employee’s annual quota should be 25 leaves in 2018 upon executing pt_qta00 (20+5=25) by carrying forward Please advise solution. Thanks
Do not confuse the annual Quota Allowance and the Quota Balance Carry Forward.

Calculating Quotas is done by the RPTIME00.
