usergroup dependen SAP BO Launchpad logoff screen

Hi, we are running SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.2 Support Pack 4 Patch 6 in a single node environment. We configured SSO and everything looks fine. Now when clicking the logoff button in BI-Launchpad the user logs off and the sign on screen is shown. So far so good.

My question:

Generally we don't want the sign on screen to be shown. We would like all "non-administrative" users to be redirected to a company website and we want only the "administrative" users to get the sign on screen.

The reason is to give administrative users the possibility of using other users credentials for testing purposes, e.g. switch to enterprise authentication and use an enterprise user.

In tomcat/webapps/BOE/WEB-INF/config/custom/BILaunchpad.properties, you can set the url.exit property to an alternate URL to open upon logoff. I don't know of any way to do this by user group. However, you can simply give your admins the URL to the manual logon page: http://server/BOE/BI/logonNoSso.jsp.
