lumira documents stopped running after new version of app (sap bo mobile 6.8.1.) was installed

we have several lumira discovery (v.2.1) reports saved on sap bi server (v. 4.2 SP5) with lumira server (v.2.1). these reports were fully available from ipad via sap bo mobile until new version of this app was installed. after upgrade i can see the reports in a list but i cannot view them because after runnig the report all a can see is a white screen. looked into app logs and found mob06009 error without any descriptions. also noticed an error "http status 404". what could this be and how to can i solve the problem?

    Hello,

    What kind of authentication is in place for the connection? 404 would normally point to failed authentication.

    Is it happening on all the devices or one specific device? Could you delete the connection and recreate it?

    Please confirm that the only thing that changed was the App update and no back-end was updated.
