ESRI custom service feature not working

I’m trying to use the ‘Import ESRI Custom Service’ feature in a GeoMap on SAP Lumira Desktop 1.31.9, but I get the following error message: On ArcGIS Online I have added a map layer (‘wards’) and shared this as a feature layer and WFS (see screenshot below). In the sharing options I have selected our organisation (Kirklees Council). The Arcgis online is a trial account, and we are testing the functionality of adding a geotype to SAP Lumira so I can bind data to it to create thematics. The import esri custom feature service option seem to be the way to do this, but Lumira isn’t recognising any feature services with our account. Please can you advise?

Hello - I don't have an online account; is there a reason you want to use the ArcGIS online feature? I just use the regular Lumira maps. Another suggestion is to update to Lumira 1.31.10 which was released a few weeks ago

Are you saying that we won't be getting this error message in this version ?

I can't say; I have Lumira 1.31.10 installed and I don't have an online account

Any chance you could try using the maps without the online feature or updating to 1.31.10?

So should I go for on-premise feature instead of Online ?
