HAI SAP GURU'S

The transport system in production server(PRD) can import(copy) queue

from Quality server(Qty), but when importing, the status remain

'IMPORT RUNNING' for very long time(over 2 days). But new content has imported also.

Please guide me how to rectify this error

Goto the Transport Log directory and look for the temporary file associated with the hung transport (one which is running for 2 days). Rename that tmp file. Rerun the import of that transport.

Hi,

Check the transport logs of the request.whether the request is completely imported.If the log says that the request is imported or cancelled then go to the import queue of the system then from the menu go to--> import monitor

Here you can find the request with the truck sysmbol. Right click on that request and delete it.then come back and click refresh on the queue.Now you can able to re import the request.For the safer side you should delete the request from the queue and again add it to the queue and re import it.
