I knw that this question has already an answer. But I would like to know if there is a way on the same report to view the purchase requisition number and the person who raise the Purchase Requisition?

please advise if there is another T-code that can pull all the information.

thanks for your assistance.

The requisition number is in your PO item detail delivery schedule tab.

And so it is in the report as well.

The report gives you the option to toggle between basic list and schedules, and since it is a ALV report it allows you to add available fields to the output. So the requisition number part can easily be achieved.

The person who created the requisition cannot be added to the PO report, since this information is in the requisition table which is not read for the PO report.

Thanks for your response to this question. I really appreciated. It would be interesting if we could have PO and PR columns appear on the report. Like this, it looks incomplete.

If SAP gives you a report for POs then you will usually not find data which is from a PR, except the reference to the PR number.

And if SAP gives you a report on PR, then you will not get PO data on it.

Reporting needs are so company specific and individual that SAP cannot cover this with general reports. If you need a mix of two worlds then you have to build your own report.

Thanks again for your reply. I understood perfectly what you said. and it's right. I will try to build my own report and see if it will work.

Kind regards.
