How to get all text to external service desk?

Hi guys,

I hope you can help me. I am using ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API to send tickets to a external service desk form Solution Manager over a PO. The problem is, that only the recent text is transfered form Solution Manager to PO. But i need every text for the Solution Manager incident. Where is the right customzing place to set this? What should I do to get the hole text to the external service des?

    Hi guys,

    we found a solution.

    The text problem cant be solved by customizing. We implemented the BAdI BADI_SOL_ICT_MAPPING_OUTBOUND. Here we get all needed texts and append the text to the required table.

    Hope this helps someone.
