Hi guys,
I hope you can help me. I am using ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API to send tickets to a external service desk form Solution Manager over a PO. The problem is, that only the recent text is transfered form Solution Manager to PO. But i need every text for the Solution Manager incident. Where is the right customzing place to set this? What should I do to get the hole text to the external service des?
