We are experiencing challenges with the timing of some of our messages. In some cases we are receiving a decommissioning message in ATTP before the related commissioning message. On the L3 side the logs indicate that the commissioning message is sent 5 seconds before the decommissioning message. On the ATTP side the logs (via SLG1) show the receipt of the commissioning message 15 seconds after the decommissioning message. So it is concerning that the L3 vendor is claiming one thing based on their logs and we show the opposite. Any comments or recommendations are appreciated, thanks!
