Contracts

I have a issue on contracts

I am preparing value contracts

I have a value contract of 10000 when i realease orders of 10000 system upd. realease value in contract

But now if i change my contract amount to 5000 it allows me to do it and the realease value is still 10000

I dont want this to happen or any ither way this can be controlled
