How to delete a personnel number

Hi Friends,

Could someone pls let me know how to delete a personnel number from PA30 screen. When I am trying to delete, the system is not allowing me to deleted infotypes like 0000 - Actions, 0001 - Org Assignment.

Do we need to change the time constraints table to be able to delete all the infotypes for a PERNR.

The reason why I want to delete it, the user has performed the hiring action instead of rehiring action. Hence I want to delete the existing PERNR and do the rehiring action for the terminated employee instead of hiring action.
