Create HCI Production IBP Datastore

Hi SAP Experts.

Im about to go to a production enviroment on HCI-DS with a Source at ECC and a Target at IBP.

For ECC I already have a production datastore with PRD credentials, but for IBP i cant find the instance for the production enviroment.

How can I enable the instance of IBP production enviroment?

Hi Luis,

You will need cloud support, please raise an incident.

Once the connection is enabled, you are going to see the new production environment under Instances at IBP Datastore level.

Is it hold true even today ? We want to create instance by our own - is it possible ?

Hi,

To be able to connect to IBP, you need to configure webRFC connection. The old instance selected JDBC connection has been retired.
