my client is nt implementing timemanagement.implementing only payroll.can u guide how to controll the payment from month to month.
like in the month of June if an employee works 208 hrs, he will get full salary. In the month of july if he works 216 hrs he gets full salary.
But the same employee is absent for 2 days (16 working hrs) in both june and july.
Can you tell me how to control his payment.
