BOM explosion in Sales order

Hi,

I have sales BOM in plant 1000.

KT_ONE ( TOP VC)

Y ( Y selected from KT_ONE)

Y is sub assemblies ( Y1, Y2, Y3 ......Y10) . Its working fine.

Now, I wanted to use the Y component in same 1000 plant with exploring the Y components.

KT_TWO (TOP VC)

Y ( Y selected from KT_TWO). Here i do not want to explore the Y components in sales order.

When i configure the item category for TOP VC .. it is expecting to have the Y components too. Please advice.

My Question is -

Same Sales BOM ( Y as above example) should work as Y explosion in one VC product and not in another VC product.
