Difference in scaling of UI elements when run in browser vs. hybrid app

I'm developing a UI5 application which will eventually run on smart phones as a hybrid app. I packaged a first version as hybrid app and installed it on a iPhone 7 plus. Comparing the way the UI elements and the text appear when run in any browser vs. run as hybrid app, I noticed that in the hybrid app everything appears bigger or zoomed in. This looks very strange. Is there any way to control this?

Please see the attached screenshots taken from the iPhone 7 plus. I use UI5 version 1.52.7 runtime mobile.

Thx, Ulli

Issue resolved by myself: since there isn't any launch screen file specified in Xcode, one needs to select "MainViewController.xlb" under "Genereal-->App Icons and Launch Images". Now everything looks great!
