Shopping cart price cleared

Hi experts

I have a problems in shopping cart creation, when I try to insert an item from catalog the product comes with price but when I click details the pricce field is cleared, and if I try to insert an internal product in shopping cart and insert a price after click enter the price desappear too.

We are in SRM 5.0 classic scenario
