Time Overlaps in C4C Ticket Items

Hi community,

can I turn on / turn off warnings for time overlaps in C4C Ticket items? We book times of service technicians in the C4C Ticket and then replicate this data in ERP.

In ERP there is a setting to get an error for time overlaps (switchable on and off). Can I configure this in C4C as well? If yes, how?

Does someone know if this is planned for the Standard or not?

At the moment, it is possible to book time items for service technicians that overlap.

    Hi Deborah,

    Currently it is not possible to get error for time overlap error for C4C ticket items.
