Hi all,
after setup a fresh new SAP BO BI 4.2 SP5 patch1 systems and migrate (by LCM_CLI) all the repository of a former SAP BO BI 4.1 SP5, I'm unable to make the Recycle Bin folder available for the users who don't belongs to the Administrators group.
I can see the non admin users's trashed documents in CMC and also in the BI Fiori Launchpad (if they access there), but there's no way to make it appears between Corporate Folders and Search in the standard BI Launchpad.
Where can I check? Is there any specific permissions (I don't find any available "user security" option in the Recycle-Bin Application in the CMC) to set for the Everyone group?
Kind regards
Sap solved making some operations on the CMS db which was corrupted by some migration activities. Thanks to all.

Hi Marco,
Based on the above discussion I would suggest raising a case with SAP.
Its possible that SP5 might have withdrawn the capability for all users to view the recycle bin due to an issue.
Possibly a bug.

Thank you Barat,
of course I follow the guide in order to test the functionality.
As said the not completely clear behaviour is that:
1) if I query the user after he deleted an objects the SI_RECYCLEBIN_FOLDER property is populated (so objects are in his personal Recycle Bin);
2) if he log-on to the Fiori BI Launchpad he sees the Recycle Bin and the deleted objects.
In other BI 4.2 > SP3 systems I didn't find this problem so I guess it belongs from some specific permissions (for the BI Launchpad? at documents folder level? at application level?) that I imported from the previous system but I'm currently unable to guess which!
