Message status over view tab loads without any data in message monitoring

Hi All,

We are facing this strange issue since four days. We are able to see messages in Database tab but not in message status overview tab.

We have not installed/updated any patches recently.

Can anyone help us with this issue.

We are on SAP PI 7.4

Hi,

Below two points will be helpful for your issue

1) Handling synchronous messages in the message overview:

In the message overview asynchronous messages are displayed by default. Synchronous messages are only displayed if logging was activated for them. Since the message overview was intended as a special view for persistence, synchronous messages are not transferred to the message overview because these are not usually made persistent. Incorrect synchronous messages of the Integration Engine (ABAP) are an exception since these are usually made persistent if an error occurs
