Hi All,
is there any integration between the SRM Bidding Engine and Contract LIfecycle Management?
The sceanrio I'm thinking of is
1. Bid Invitation created in SRM Bidding Engine
2. Supplier Submit Bid
3. Winner Bidding selected
4. Contract created in CLM
5. CLM contract creates SRM Global Outline Agreement
6. GOA creates ECC contract.
Regards
Chris
Hi Chris,
Once the BUYER has accepted a bid submitted by the Bidder. You can generate a PO or a Contract as a follow on document for that bid.
Once the contract is created from Bidding Engine, then it follows the usual CLM lifecycle.

Once the Bid has been accepted, you could see buttons "Create Contract" or "Create Purchase Order" {Based on the setting provided for the follow-on document when the Bid is created}. The document generation is manual and once you click the button the document will be created.

Hi Chris,
when you use the xCLM, then the button "create contract" gets you to Recordsmanagement, where you further create the contract. The scenario is the same. Works. Just keep in mind, that xCLM is a dead end and development are going into an integrated direction (just in case you are just evaluating).
Cheers,
Claudia
