SAP Cloud connector installation issues

When trying to install the Cloud connector (sapcc-2.10.2-windows-x64.msi) on windows 10 operating system, I am getting the below error.

"Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (X64) not installed"

JAVA_HOME is also configured. When I try to point to a different JAVA source it gives the error in screenshot2.jpg

I missed your question.

You need to install the missing Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (X64) not installed.

I have already installed the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (X64). However, i still get the same error (screenshot control-panel.jpg).

Hi Rohit,

Can you install this package correctly in another computer? I wonder if something is wrong with these VC++ packages. I presume you have tested removing all these VC++ and install it again.

Are you running the installer as Administrator?
