Hi, We have just had a new sap system implamented and we was using the F.01 report for week / month end accounts. We have just found out that the report was set up to run only upto week 16 of this FY. Is there another report where we can get the same information?

Hi we have looked at OB39 and OB27 but we where not to sure how you change the dates? Can you tell us how we would do this. Also the dates are correct for all the other reports it is just the F. reports that won't run past week 16, if we do manage to change the date in the OB report will this not effect everything else?

I'm not sure I got your point... What is exactly your concern?

we have just implemented a new sap system and was using the F.01 statement to report our weekly P&L. We was using a variant set up to run periods by week. Know when we try and run the report past week 16 it will not allow us. I wanted to know how we can make this run for the year or is there was another report that we can run that will allow us to run via week.

Hi,

F.01 runs on periods, periods are defined by the fiscal year variant which is assigned to your company code. You cannot define in the report itself, whether it should run by months or by weeks. If your fiscal year variant is defined by weeks, then of course, the report should be run for 52 periods.

well it is not, but if we choose variant 'monthly' this then lets us run by month periods.

how can I change a variant?

Hi,

F.01 is a standard SAP transaction, which runs RFBILA00 report. If some limitation has been made, it could be deleted in the variant for the transaction. By the way, do not you confuse 16 week with 16 period?

Eli

No the reporting periods are by week.

OK, so why just not to delete this limit and run the report without it? It's not hardcoded, but stored as a parameter.

Please, check in OB37 to which fiscal year variant your company is asigned, and then in OB29 the definition of this variant.

In any case, it's a warning message, is not it?

Will we be able to change the variant in this report?

Sure, change and save. If one who created the variant protected it, you can create your own
