Question about credit limit request

Hi, experts,

I want to ask about the process of creating credit limit request in FSCM-Credit management.

In case if I need to increase the credit limit of a customer in standard functionality exist 2 functions:

* I can create credit limit request.

* I can change credit limit directly in the master record of business partner and configure workflow for subsequent approval of this request.

Can somebody please explain to me which function (from above) I rightly need to use for Increase credit limit? And why exist two function?

    Hi Sergey,

    As per my understanding, both option are right the usage is different. based on roles/activity and the level of access needed, this will decide which functionality is suited for you.
