I created an .rpt file of labels that draws its data from an sql server database. All the data populates fine. The only issue is when it is printed from Crystal Reports, the margins are off. I am using Avery 5160 labels, and I selected that option when I created the .rpt using the Report Wizard.
I've googled this issue, and searched through the SAP Community Network, but haven't found any solution. I've read the Crystal Reports User Guide where it talked about Printer Drivers, and updated my printer driver, but still, the margins are off, and the text is not positioned to fit each label. There isn't alot of text, so that is not the problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Yeah, I tried setting the page margins in the Page Setup, but when I do, even with the smallest change, I lose a column of labels. I have also tried creating custom labels in the Report Wizard, but even that doesn't work.
CR2008 seems to have all the dimensions and margins of the page calculated properly, but it doesn't translate to the page when it is printed.
One thing I haven't done yet is install SP0, at least I don't think it is installed. Every time I check for updates, it says that it's up to date. And none of the links I've found point to the download. Like this link: [https://boc.sdn.sap.com/node/18657|https://boc.sdn.sap.com/node/18657]
Can anyone point me to the proper SP0 download?
Thanks.
Hi Jonathan,
You can download SP0 for CR2008 from the Electronic Software Delivery Site(ESD).
You need to have a user name and password for the site.
You can visit the site at [https://businessobjects.subscribenet.com]
For support on the ESD site please contact at 925-253-6565.
Hope this helps.
Shraddha.
Thanks Shraddha!
The link didn't help cause my company bought the product off the online store. But the phone number was a great help! The agent sent me the link to the actual download site for the service pack: [http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/additional_downloads/service_packs/crystal_reports_en.asp#CR2008|http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/additional_downloads/service_packs/crystal_reports_en.asp#CR2008]
So, I'll install the service pack and see if that works.
Thanks again!
