Service Catalog in SAP C4C

Hello Dears,

I am trying to create a Service catalog and i found the below Category Type :

Process - Service Category - 1
Incident - Incident Category - 2
Object - Part Object Category - 4
Cause - Cause Category- 5
Activity - Resolution Category - 6

For the below category type, i can' find a mapping for them :

3. Damage

7. Task

Can anyone inform me what is the mapping fields for these two in Service Ticket?

Also i need to restrict the service catalog based on Roles.

So each role has some service catalog to appear.
