Sending mail from SAP IBP 1711

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to send a mail from IBP when a particular Alert is triggered in the IBP 1711? If yes, then what is the procedure to send the mail with the alert details?

Hi Ratan,

This is not feasible in the current product functionality. If you wish, you may suggest this enhancement to the IBP Product Management team following the steps in below KBA:
