HowTo Block Prospects Replication from C4C to S4 Hana?

Hello SAP Community!

The Scope Question "Do you want to block prospects created in Cloud solution, from being replicated to your SAP ERP solution?" works just for ERP System, not for S4HANA or CRM.

We are integrating S4HANA and C4C through HCI, so the Prospect Replication doesn't apply for our system in a standard way.

According to this SAP note 2606436, for S4HANA you have two options (please check the note), for our project we are thinking to apply the second option.

---> "2. You can create Route in your HCI mappings for Business Partner replication from C4C to S4, and compare the rolecode values and if it matches to that of prospect, you can stop the processing. Set the adequate route as default accordingly in your HCI system."

It sounds like we need to create our own iFlow / Artifact, we don't have much context about customizing in HCI, so,

Could you provide some guide / documentation / course code to understand this? :),

In your case, the Sales Org field will be replaced with the role code
