udm_supervisor error , Business partner not populating

Hello Experts

I am running a UDM_Supervisor report and some of business partner are not appearing in the report.Though they have some open items are available in FBL5N. I did some research and found below message, now don't how to proceed from here.Can any one help please.

Business partner has no priority according to strategy.

Please check SAP KBA 2452128 - FSCM Collections Management - How do collection strategies work?

If it does not solve your issue, please let me know the outcome of the strategy simulation so we can further analyze the issue.
