How to Create Authorization Group And Assigning Autho. Group to 'Z'-Prog

Hi All,

1) could you please let me know the procedure Step-By-sep How to Create Authorization Group for the "Z"-Program.

2) I know how to Assign "Authorization group" to 'Z-Program' (SE38-> Program 'Z-Program name-> Choosing Attributs).

3) Developer need to create Authorization Group (or) BASIs Tem need to create Authrization Group.
