Delete PO version

Is there a way through which i can delete version 1 of the purchase order ?

Hi,

It seems you are in change mode of the PO, may I know if you have changed any data of this PO?

Please note that when you are using version management, you need to follow a set of predefined steps in order for the version management to function correctly. For example you changed the quantity, and try to delete the version, it does not allow you to do so which is correct as the change which is made in new version has to be reverted. Once you revert the change, and since the PO is not released and the output message is still not processed, it is possible to delete the version.

Dear Jurgen,

Please ignore the previous screen shot. I have replaced it with the new one. here the PO is in change mode. Still there is no trash icon. and i cant uncheck the version complete icon .

Can you please guide how can I delete?

And since your screen does not show the icons you must have been restricted.

So you would need to check /nsu53 for authority checks, and the information from status page whether someone nagged you with a screen variant.

Following the instructions in the link you provided all the messages are deleted and the changes in po version are revoked as follows, also there is no authorization issue

Still The red flag icon did not appear and i am unable to delete the version can you please guide ?
