PS-Multiple PO per one PR

Dear All,

I am working with Project System. In PS, there is one activity PR under network; but cannot create multiple PO. An error message:

If service PR which is not created in PS, multiple PO per PR can proceed smoothly without error.

Any setting in PS that i missed?

Explanation might be not clear. Let me try this one.

There are two PR for Service that i am trying to convert to multiple PO:

1. Using t-code: ME51N. PR 100023 which contain service number 7188: 10 M2 x 100$ = 1000$

convert to PO:2000029 (service number 7188: 4 M2 x 100$ = 40$) and PO:200030 (service number 7188: 6 M2 x 100$ = 60$).

these two POs have different vendor.

2. Using t-code: CJ20N. PR 1000034 which contain service number 7188: 10 M2 x 100$ = 1000$

convert to PO: 2000032 (service number 7188: 4 M2 x 100$ = 40$). Then i create second PO, there is an error message show:

this setting doesn't effect to PR which created by PS (CJ20N).

This error message is saying that you have already converted the entire quantity of the PR to a PO. What are you trying to do?

This is a message setting in MM and it is not depending in which other module the requisition is created.

You should bring an evidence for your saying "If service PR which is not created in PS, multiple PO per PR can proceed smoothly without error."
