impersonalized form in gp dynamic

Hi expert,

can i know if anyone have experience the same problem as i am facing now?

I have create a dynamic interactive (A) form that could add instances of subform when i deploy it. Furthermore, it work perfectly alright even if i save it as a pdf form and test it again.

However, i didn't obtain the same result if i use guided procedure to create an impersonalized form. Please advise me?thanks..

    Use composite forms to make forms dynamic in Gp... IF dosent behave dynamically in Gp...
