Problem with activating Lumira

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with activating Lumira.

In short: The license key is not saved.

After entering the license key, a message appears indicating that the product is now fully activated. After that, the program window will turn white and after a short time I will be prompted again to enter the key and the cycle begins.

If I delete the folder "C: \ Users \ Public \ sapvi_2", the normal Lumira interface will be displayed after activation. If you try to open the settings or import a file, a window will pop up with the message "Forbidden". After a restart, I will again be prompted to enter the license key.

An installation on other PCs or the use of an alternative license key has not helped.

I have already written with the support, which however referred me to the forum.

Version: SAP Lumira, standard edition 2.0 Operating System:

Windows 10 Version 1709 (all rights to install exist)
