Hi All,

Is there a way to override the factory calendar during the sales order creation.

My factory calendar is having 7 days working, but a customer needs weekends to be considered as holidays and it should be excluded from the commit date calulation.

I cannot change the factory calendar settings since its being used by other customers.

So is there a way by which I can exclude the weekend.

For eg:

If the repl lead time is set to 10 and the order is created today March 1st currently the commit date proposed is 11th March.

The requirement is to exclude weekends and get the commit date as 15th

use the 'Special rules' in your factory calendar (t-code SCAL)

Hi SP,

Thanks for your reply.

When we mainitain the special rules it will be applicable for all the customer using this factory calendar rite.Is there a way by which we can restrict by customer or material.

For me I need to change the calendar for only one customer in the plant. Currently I have 50+ customers in the current plant. For rest of the customers they should follow 7 working days instead of 5.

The requested delivery date would check for the factory calendar which you assign to customer and not for Plant or Shipping Point.. Have a look at OSS note 547961 Q8

Try by assigning an unloading point calendar in the customer master.
