cancelling material document after usage decision

how to cancell a material document after usage decision has been made (quality to unresricted stock).

Hi,

whenever you do cancellation for material doument then its always done for the same stock type for which you have made GR....

If you wanna do from it then Choose cancellation and material doc and enter the mrtl doc no.

and execute ...

" You cannot cancel GR, since inspection lot is already partly posted "

Hi,

This says that you have already posted or used some amount out of it....but as per rule the material document is always cancelled with full qty as it is...

You can also see it as grey..

dear,

before cancelling..bring the stock toits original usage decision...kindly activity

perform the activity. go to transaction "qa32" and reject the stock by clicking on uusage decision tab...

then go to migo and cancel the document..your issue will get solved
