Dear All,

currently our client is upgrading sap ECC system to SAP HANA and integrating with GTS.

GTS system is already connected with couple of SAP ECC system and Non Sap system .

as part of HANA integration we are not adding any new custom document type (CULOEX , CULOIM ) and legal Regulation in GTS.

few of additional fields (ship date , clearence date of Header data) from SAP HANA , are passing to GTS from HANA. we just need to to default these values in GTS custom declaration of HANA reference document . We should restrict that above the fields should not apply for Non-HANA reference based GTS Custom declarations.

How to control and apply the Default data in SAP GTS custom declaration from feeder system (SAP ECC / HANA)..

please help me on the same.

Regards

Hi Srini,

You should just use the Data Proposal mechanism in the usual way.

Data Proposal (DP) will only fill empty fields, so if some of those fields are already filled by the non-HANA feeder system, the DP won't have any adverse effects.
