    Hi,

Currently, the credit control is set up at delivery level. All you have to do is set credit control at order level.

    1) Set up document credit group (order)

    2) setup automatic credit check for combination of credit control area + risk category + document credit group.

    3) you can also set up credit limit for the combination in the automatic setup (OVAK)

    Reg,

    Hi,

The open order value is only updated for schedule lines that are relevant for delivery.

Update group 000012 has to be use in OVAK.

o Increases open order value from delivery-relevant schedule lines

    • Hi Quang, assume u have maintained the credit control area for company code, and sales area as well. Pls try the followings:

      1. maintain credit & credit group in sales doc type: OVAK

      2. maintain individual credit checks for key fields: OVA8

(CCA, risk area, credit group 000012, reaction, status / block as to carry out follow-up)

      3. activate the update of credit value for item type if check box is marked: OVA7

      4. update group (field u201Cupdateu201D) in CCA: OB45

      group 000012 (update)

ps. For group 000012, it has been pre-defined in the standard system. U just could use it.
