Hi,
A user informed that she cannot access her SBWP in SAP GUI. i checked her rights but everything seems to be perfectly fine. Where exactly can i check her rights again and can you please provide me a Tx or a quick solutio for it.
Rather use STAUTHTRACE or ST01. See also SAP KBA 2219873....

Have the user go to System > Utilities > Display Authorization check and send you a screen shot of the results. They should do this immediately after being denied access (no intermediate transactions should be executed). Then ask your Basis team to look at the authorization checks.
This is also going to be a helpful tip for your users forever more, so it's good to document the steps.

Thank you everyone for your feedback. It turned out that something went completely off with her security settings in the system, which somehow blocked the access. i recreated the profile and assign proper roles and it worked out.
Thank you all once again.
Best Regards,
FAIS

Hi,
What exactly do you mean with not accessing. If she clicks on the inbox icon or starts SBWP does she get an error message? Or do you mean she can't see workitem. The former is related to authorizations and the latter is probably related due to an organizational change, for instance a position is asigned a new user, in this case the HR buffers are not yet updated, using transaction SWU_OBUF should fix this.
Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
